The Retail Solution receives a credit card preauthorization, prints a predefined tip receipt, waits for the tip amount and then settles the credit card transaction with the tip. bullet Backup printer option. If your primary receipt printer is out of paper or off-line, the receipt will automatically be printed on an alternate receipt printer.
bullet Smart Receipt feature. Specify, by station, what gets printed based on the payment type used to complete the sale. For example, an AR sale at the front register may print an invoice, but the back station may send an e-receipt. Set up to 3 different receipt options for each payment type. You can also set the minimum dollar amount for a credit card signature receipt to be printed. Screen

INVENTORY CONTROL

bullet Item stock number and vendor stock number can be up to 20 characters. Screen
bullet Warehouse quantity, serial number & lot tracking. Each inventory item can have both a quantity on the floor and a quantity at the warehouse. Inventory can easily be manually transferred between floor and warehouse or automatically transferred as needed. Optional serial number and lot reference tracking are available for both floor and warehouse items. Each lot reference tracks the date received, PO number and optional expiration date.  Screen

bullet Eight-level pricing for both regular and sale prices.  Screen
bullet Up to three description lines per items. Search for an items using any part of the description.
bullet Up to 5 inventory pictures can be stored per item and displayed at point-of-sale at the Stock Status window.
bullet Select, dynamic, static and tracked inventory kits. A Select kit is a list of related items from which the user can select at point-of-sale. A Dynamic kit has a preset list of components which are deducted from inventory at the time of the sale. The kit can be edited and substitute items entered at point-of-sale. A Static kit is an inventory item made up of a group of other inventory items. When the kit item is assembled, quantity-on-hand for the kit item is increased, and quantity-on-hand for each component item is decreased. A tracked kit is a Static kit with serial/lot number tracking for the kit and/or its components.  Screen 1  Screen 2  Screen 3
bullet User-definable inventory data. You now have up to 10 fields and each field can be formatted as text, date, currency, number, check box or predefined drop-down list.
bullet Detailed sales history and inventory movement per items.

bullet Two age verification options are available for inventory items.  A date will be requested when this item is sold.
bullet Two license verification options are available for inventory items. A license number will be requested when this item is sold.

bullet Option to specify frequent buyer points per inventory item. Frequent buyer points can be computed using TRS Rules or a fixed number of points can be assigned to an inventory item.

RENTAL OPTION

bullet Each rental item can reference up to thirty serialized items.   Screen
bullet Cost, total income, next service date, current customer, last customer, and current status are tracked for each serialized item.
bullet Each rental item can have up to ten different rent durations using hours, days, weeks and years. Example: 1 to 4 hours, 1 to 3 days or 1 to 2 weeks.
bullet Each rent duration can be priced as a per unit charge or a total flat rate charge. Example: 1 to 4 hours priced at $5.95 per hour or 1 to 4 hours for $25.00 total.  Screen  
bullet Each rent duration can have a minimum rent time. Example: 2 hour minimum.
bullet Each rent duration can have up to three price levels based on date range or day-of-the-week. Example: Rental price could automatically increase during the summer or decrease for the Tuesday special.  Screen
bullet At point-of-sales, look up a rental item using the main rental stock number, barcode, description, or other lookup, or using the individual item serial number.
bullet Return date/time is automatically computed and printed on the customer’s rental invoice or receipt.  Screen
bullet When completing a rental sale, an optional security deposit will be requested.
bullet Option for designated employees to sell rental items at point-of-sale. Specify the number of times an individual serialized item must be rented before it can be sold.
bullet A parts list has been added for each rental item.
bullet A rental can be returned by entering or scanning the rented item’s serial number or by selecting it from a list of items rented to a specific customer.
bullet An optional late fee is automatically computed using the rent duration/price list for the item.
bullet Quick Copy. Use a Smart Ditto button in your Power Menu to quickly rent the same item again. For example, two adults renting a scuba tank. For the second adult, press 1 button and then select the serial number from the list. All settings from the previous rental would be applied.

SCHEDULE OPTION

bullet Create an unlimited number of resources, either individually or using the resource matrix.
bullet Availability can be viewed for an individual resource and a group of resources.  Screen
