	Stock Status screen. Shows full vendor's name, QTY on order, QTY on backorder and more. View the vendor’s website with just one keystroke. You can also add or edit pictures using the new TRS Picture Lab.
	Tip option. Activates when purchasing a designated tip item. For example, salon services or dog grooming. The Retail Solution receives a credit card preauthorization, prints a predefined tip receipt, waits for the tip amount and then settles the credit card transaction with the tip. A tip report can easily be printed using the Report Writer.
	Backup printer option. If your primary receipt printer is out of paper or off-line, the receipt will automatically be printed on an alternate receipt printer.
	Smart Receipt feature. Specify, by station, what gets printed based on the payment type used to complete the sale. For example, an AR sale at the front register may print an invoice, but the back station may send an e-receipt. Set up to 3 different receipt options for each payment type. You can also set the minimum dollar amount for a credit card signature receipt to be printed. Screen
	Auto sort invoice. Before printing the receipt or an invoice the sale can now be pre-sorted, making it much easier to locate items on the receipt.

INVENTORY CONTROL

	Item stock number and vendor stock number can be up to 20 characters. Screen
	Warehouse quantity, serial number & lot tracking. Each inventory item can have both a quantity on the floor and a quantity at the warehouse. Inventory can easily be manually transferred between floor and warehouse or automatically transferred as needed. Optional serial number and lot reference tracking are available for both floor and warehouse items. Each lot reference tracks the date received, PO number and optional expiration date. Screen
	Up to five barcodes per item.
	Eight-level pricing for both regular and sale prices. Screen
	Up to three description lines per items. Search for an items using any part of the description.
	Up to 5 inventory pictures can be stored per item and displayed at point-of-sale at the Stock Status window.
	Select, dynamic, static and tracked inventory kits. A Select kit is a list of related items from which the user can select at point-of-sale. A Dynamic kit has a preset list of components which are deducted from inventory at the time of the sale. The kit can be edited and substitute items entered at point-of-sale. A Static kit is an inventory item made up of a group of other inventory items. When the kit item is assembled, quantity-on-hand for the kit item is increased, and quantity-on-hand for each component item is decreased. A tracked kit is a Static kit with serial/lot number tracking for the kit and/or its components. Screen 1 Screen 2 Screen 3
	User-definable inventory data. You now have up to 10 fields and each field can be formatted as text, date, currency, number, check box or predefined drop-down list.
	Detailed sales history and inventory movement per items.
	X for Y pricing. For example, 3/$1.00
	Two age verification options are available for inventory items. A date will be requested when this item is sold.
	Two license verification options are available for inventory items. A license number will be requested when this item is sold.
	Tracks both average and last cost.
	Tracks floor & warehouse bin locations for each inventory item.
	Ask Unit option. At point-of-sale you are prompted to select from a user-definable unit size. Each unit size can have a different retail price. Example: Each, 6-pack, 12-pack, 24-pack etc.
	Shipping item. Auto compute shipping charges based on total ticket, item count or weight.
	Option to specify frequent buyer points per inventory item. Frequent buyer points can be computed using TRS Rules or a fixed number of points can be assigned to an inventory item.
	User-definable search window. For example: Display all toys for girls age 5+ that are priced under $25, on sale, and have quantity on hand that is greater than zero. Screen 1 Screen 2
	User-definable inventory search results. Choose which fields are displayed when an item search returns multiple items. Screen 1 Screen 2
	Ditto button for quick entry of similar items.
	Optional support of three decimal places for cost and retail prices.

	Inventory recommended min/max values can be set quarterly or monthly.
	Smart Round feature. Automatically rounds a price level using preset user-definable price ranges. Example: $19.43 is automatically rounded to $19.49 but $1.34 would be rounded to $1.35. Screen
	Automatic retail pricing option. Option to set one or more of the eight price levels, for a specific item, to be automatically recalculated when item cost is updated.
	Average cost supports the last 5 or last 10 cost changes. Also includes the order date and vendor for each change.
	Option to set an inventory item to always ask for the quantity at POS.
	Enhanced Inventory Movement. Drill down feature allows you to view all customers that purchased the item. You can even drill down further to view the actual ticket.
	New inventory buy X get Y option. Example: Buy 3 get 1 free or Buy 2 and get up to the next 5 at price level 3. This feature also supports buy X quantity at a reduced price. For example, only the first 3 are 20% off retail.
	Edit an entire inventory matrix simply by making a change to the matrix header.

	Global Update. Loads faster, auto expands to your screen size, more filters, more fields and now supports simultaneous network access. The new user template feature allows you to quickly change viewed columns and the filters. The new right-click feature includes Column Search and Web Search. Column Search allows a user to scan any column for an item. Web Search allows you to quickly search for an item online using a predefined website. Screen
	Inventory Manager. Automatically compute min/max levels using enhanced forecasting models.
	Enhanced Create Order screen. Larger screen format. Tabs have been eliminated. The information you need to create an order, including an optional sales history graph, is now all on one screen. Screen

	Store birthday and anniversary dates plus ten user-definable notes fields. This information can be used to create targeted mailings.
	Tracks up to 10 different memberships per customer.
	Tracks up to 10 different counts per customer. (Tanning sessions, meal counts, etc.) Can also be used with TRS Rules, for example: “Buy 10 bags, get the 11th free”. The “use count” item can also have an optional price, which will automatically charged if the customer’s current count is zero. For example, if a customer is out of tanning sessions, the retail price for the tan will be charged.

MULTI-SITE FTP STANDARD EDITION Screens

	Uses the Internet to synchronize information between your locations. Data can be sent once a day at a specific time or throughout the day at specified intervals (from once per minute to once every 12 hours).
	Uses standard FTP (File Transfer Protocol) with optional FTP firewall support to exchange information between stores.
	Transferred information is encrypted for complete data security.
	Option to send Email/text message notification if a transfer error occurs.
	Runs in the background on one station in each store and all stores can send and receive information simultaneously.
	At each location you specify which information is sent and received. Options include: Inventory, customers, accounts receivable transactions, employees, vendors, departments, store-to-store email, gift cards, TRS rules, and power buttons.
	Option to view current inventory quantity of an item at each store from the point-of-sale.

	Customer tracked items. Store user-definable information about a customer’s item. For example, next service date, warranty dates, replacement and repair information, notes and more. Customer tracked items are also available to the Report Writer. Screen

RENTAL OPTION

	Each rental item can reference up to thirty serialized items. Screen
	Cost, total income, next service date, current customer, last customer, and current status are tracked for each serialized item.
	Each rental item can have up to ten different rent durations using hours, days, weeks and years. Example: 1 to 4 hours, 1 to 3 days or 1 to 2 weeks.
	Each rent duration can be priced as a per unit charge or a total flat rate charge. Example: 1 to 4 hours priced at $5.95 per hour or 1 to 4 hours for $25.00 total. Screen
	Each rent duration can have a minimum rent time. Example: 2 hour minimum.
	Each rent duration can have up to three price levels based on date range or day-of-the-week. Example: Rental price could automatically increase during the summer or decrease for the Tuesday special. Screen
	At point-of-sales, look up a rental item using the main rental stock number, barcode, description, or other lookup, or using the individual item serial number.
	Return date/time is automatically computed and printed on the customer’s rental invoice or receipt. Screen
	When completing a rental sale, an optional security deposit will be requested.
	Option for designated employees to sell rental items at point-of-sale. Specify the number of times an individual serialized item must be rented before it can be sold.
	A parts list has been added for each rental item.
	A rental can be returned by entering or scanning the rented item’s serial number or by selecting it from a list of items rented to a specific customer.
	An optional late fee is automatically computed using the rent duration/price list for the item.
	Quick Copy. Use a Smart Ditto button in your Power Menu to quickly rent the same item again. For example, two adults renting a scuba tank. For the second adult, press 1 button and then select the serial number from the list. All settings from the previous rental would be applied.
	Rent-to-own feature. User-definable set up fee, period before first payment, payment amount, duration, rental fees, pay off balance and more. Using integrated credit card support, you can batch process all weekly, biweekly, or monthly rent-to-own payments from one screen. Detail

SCHEDULE OPTION

	Create an unlimited number of resources, either individually or using the resource matrix.
	Availability can be viewed for an individual resource and a group of resources. Screen
	Specify availability for each resource based on day of the week or time of day.
	Easily view/edit all scheduled resources on one screen.
	Event support. Scheduling classes, seminars, dinner cruises, plane and helicopter rides, etc. has never been easier!
	Group views support up to 50 resources.
	Integrated with our Rental Module for easy scheduling of individual serialized rental items.
	Each resource can be linked to a set of inventory items which the clerk can choose from when completing the scheduled event. A ticket will automatically be created for the specified items.
