Program Highlights

From here you can download current updates to The Retail Solution, The Manager's Workstation and other products.  At the first of each month, a new password is assigned to each update.  To receive the current password, you must be a registered user of The Retail Solution and be covered under our phone support plan.

The Retail Solution 10.0 Software Suite
THE RETAIL SOLUTION PATCH (Build 16)
 (Using May password.) 

  1. Click here to start downloading TRSPATCH10.EXE.

  2. A pop-up window will appear.  Write down the name of the directory where The Retail Solution update will be saved.

  3. Click the SAVE button to start the download. 

  4. Using "My Computer", locate the file you just downloaded.  If you can't find it, try using the FIND option under START and do a search for the update.

  5. Double-click on the update file.

MULTI-SITE PATCH (Build 9)
 (No password.) 

  1. Click here to start downloading TRSMSUP10.EXE.

  2. A pop-up window will appear.  Write down the name of the directory where The Retail Solution update will be saved.

  3. Click the SAVE button to start the download. 

  4. Using "My Computer", locate the file you just downloaded.  If you can't find it, try using the FIND option under START and do a search for the update.

  5. Double-click on the update file.

The Dining Solution 10.0 Software Suite
THE DINING SOLUTION PATCH (Build 6)
 (Using March password.) 

  1. Click here to start downloading TDSPATCH10.EXE.

  2. A pop-up window will appear.  Write down the name of the directory where The Dining Solution update will be saved.

  3. Click the SAVE button to start the download. 

  4. Using "My Computer", locate the file you just downloaded.  If you can't find it, try using the FIND option under START and do a search for the update.

  5. Double-click on the update file.
