Send Screen to Support
A picture is worth a thousand words.

Sometimes it can be difficult to describe a problem. This new feature allows you to easily send a picture of your screen to our support department. You can highlight and number the area(s) of the screen that are relevant to your issue, and include notes for clarification.

Step 1: Take a picture of any screen by pressing the Windows Print Screen button.

 

        

Step 2: Start the Screen Editor.  From the Manager's WorkStation's Main Menu, click on the camera icon on the bottom of the screen. From the PowerStation, select "Send Screen to Support" from the Help Menu.

 

Step 3: Crop, size and highlight your screen picture. Click on the note icon to include additional notes with your screen picture. Click the send button to send your screen & optional notes to TRS technical support.
